Healthy Pets Northwest would like to thank the Austin Family Business Program at Oregon State University for its recognition with the Excellence in Family Business Award. As part of Oregon State University's College of Business, the Austin Family Business Program presents the awards in four categories: Micro, Small, Medium and Large. These awards have been presented to more than 140 family-owned companies over the last 20 years.
The Excellence in Family Business awards recognize the achievements of family businesses in innovation, entrepreneurship, commitment and community involvement. According to the OSU College of Business, Healthy Pets Northwest of Portland won the award in the micro category, which is open to businesses with nine or fewer employees, for our innovative work, brand differentiation and knowledge of our products and customers.
Winners in the other three categories are Glass Alchemy, Ltd (Small Business), R&R King Logging (Medium Business) and Nosler, Inc (Large Business).
We would also like to thank the Austin Family Business Program for creating a wonderful awards ceremony that made us feel honored and appreciated.
